We offer contract manufacturing services for a wide-range of industries and businesses. We have assisted hundreds of customers over the years with manufacturing solutions including ground up design / development all the way through market rollout. We can also take existing products or solutions and perform design / manufacturability improvement, value engineering or complete redesign. Our design and manufacturing services and solutions include, but are not limited to, mechanical, electrical / electronics engineering, precision machining and plastics and metal fabrication, etc.
We use ISO 9001 quality management system practices throughout all of our manufacturing capabilities. With use rapid setup and scalability practices to exceed the specific constraints and requirements of each our customers. We have resources to design for manufacturability, setup manufacturing work work environments and design and build production fixtures among many other offerings.
We also have a vast network of partner businesses that allow us to tap into services and expertise outside of our core competencies and offer our customers an almost unlimited amount of manufacturing services.
Tooling / Injection Molding & CAD / CAM Design
Southwest Plastics & Robotics has been designing and machining injection molding tools for nearly 40 years with in-house knowledge and hands-on expertise that extends well over 50 years. We utilize the latest laser and machining technology with equipment including extremely high-precision measurement systems, CNC, EDM, welding, and high-speed milling. We use the latest software platforms to custom design and model all of the engineering solutions we provide to our customers. From large-scale to small and intricate 3D models, we do it all.
For our full suite of design, planning, tooling and production services, we will sit down with you, determine and document requirements, and present you with a full plan of action for taking your product(s) to market. Alternatively, if you have existing tooling that you would like to transfer to our facilities, we can house the mold, bring in material and quickly setup and run jobs as needed. We also offer material regrind services to ensure we maximize the customers investment.
Custom Robotics / Automation Solutions
We incorporate all of the latest technologies into our custom robotics, automation engineering and industrial controls solutions. We can modify/repair existing systems or build from the ground up. Any industry, any product or solution, we are up to the challenge of helping your business and production processes become more efficient.
We will take the time to work with each customer in an effort to fully understand and document requirements and we then custom develop solutions using latest technologies and implement those solutions within the manufacturing processes whether in our facilities or at the customer's site.
